My notification emails are not beingrnsent

    I wrote on the form to try to resolve a new problem, but I have not
    received a response in many weeks. My notification emails are not being
    sent, so I do not know when my customers are requesting a quote. Can you
    please look into this problem, as it has seriously hurt my business over
    the last few months.

    Can you kindly check in your email spam/junk folder? I'm sure it would be there. After checking your email address in the bounce list, I can assure you that it's not in our email bounce list-

    I saw your email notifications setup and all are looking fine, then I made some test submissions. Our server says it's sent to your email, please see the following picture-

    So I recommend you please contact with your email provider and request then to add JotMail's IP address to their whitelist. Please see the following guide-
