can i create a customer submission form

    i dont want the customer to know i use jotform

    Hi,

    Jotform is highly customizable. You can modify almost everything on the form even removing the Jotform branding. You can even use your own domain as your form URL. Here' how to do the URL mapping http://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform.

    You can also take your form source code and host it to your server. How to get the Full Source Code of your Form
