If you could please let us know a bit more about where this error is occurring we will be happy to look into it. If it is happening with one of your Paypal forms, make sure you have Instant Payment Notification (IPN) enabled in your paypal account:
If the error occurs after the form has been submitted and while the payment is being processed, this is on Paypal's end and could be due to a card being declined.
Any other information you can provide would be most helpful and we will be happy to look into your issue further.
