How can I get a box of text to show up on the email submissions?

    I have a "for office use only" section that does not require an answer from the submitter, but I need it to appear when they submit the form.

    It's the Pre-Baptismal form on the website.

    Hi,

    Text elements are not added on email notification by default but you can paste it anywhere on your form notification whenever you need it.

    Example:

    Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > open Notifications
