No we are not having any technical issue here.
Do you mean to say that you have received a blank submission emails? I did check your embedded form "Dual Form" and found that the last submission you received was on 07/07/2014. This submission does have data and not a blank submission.
I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the email you have received and we will take a look. The following guide should help you upload image in your forum post : http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
