If I create a jot form without signing up, where does the information go?

Asked by hsfootball on August 24, 2011 at 09:30 AM

I created a questionaire with jot form while I wasn't signed in.  I thought I was signed in so now all of this time I have been wondering why I wasn't getting any feedback through my e-mail its all because I wasn't signed in I think.  Here is the jot form # 11982734693 but I can't seem to figure out how to view the questionaire answers.  Again I'd like to know where this information is stored for forms that are created when you are not signed in.  Thanks a lot, Josh.

Thank you for your response jot form, the only problem is, I'm not seeing those responses.  In fact I'm not even seeing that form that I created.  All I am seeing is an Untitled Blank form created on May 18th and another blank form created today.  I'm not seeing what you have a screen shot of.  The "Husky Website Poll" is no where to be found.  Even if I type in that form ID I can't seem to find that form.  I don't know why.  Thanks, Josh hsfootball

I see. Could you please try to log out and log in again to your JotForm account. The form  HUSKY WEBSITE POLL should now be included in your hsfootball account including the submissions. Please update us with the results.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

Thank you very much for your help.  It does show up now.  You have very good customer service and I will highly recommend your site, you by far have the easiest forms to create and embed.  Thanks again for all of your help!
