    Order form with multiple options

Asked by efiorello on July 08, 2014 at 05:50 PM

I'm trying to create an order form that allows for multiple variables such as type, gender, size, quantity, etc.  For example, I want to allow people to enter that they want 2 Large Adult t-shirts, 7 Medium Adult t-shirts and 4 Small Men's Singlets. In addition to the variables, it would be nice to have a field that calculates the totals of each variable.  Is any of this possible?

    Hi,

I think what you were looking for is the sub-products base on product option in the payment/order form.

I suggest reviewing this user guides on how you can achieved this on the form

    1. -Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option

    2. -How-To-Add-Options-In-The-Payment-Form

Please inform us if you need further assistance accomplishing this.

    Thanks.

Do I have to attach payments to it? I don't have dollar amounts as we're not "selling" these.

From what I understood you don't want to collect payments via form. Is this correct?

If you do not wish to have payments you can use a Purchase Order instead and add "No currency" option:
