I need to upgrade!!!!

    Guys, I have been trying to upgrade my account, but I haven't been successful.

    I really need to take car of this today, otherwise my logs will be erased.

    I have already tried 4 time using a credit card, 1 time using paypall, and i just called your call center, but nono of them have worked.

    Please advice.

    Hi there,

    Your subscription has already been upgraded to Premium account.
    If you logout and relogin to your Jotform account you will see
    an increase in the limits allowed.
