    Infusionsoft Integrations not working

    Hi Your integrations are not working!

    It asks me to match the Jotform email field to the Infusionsoft email field but the jotforms email field which is on the form does not show up hence I can not connect the 2.

     

    Also I asked this support question weeks ago and got no reply: After a form is fill in by the customer how do I upload it to the Infusionsoft file box so it is stored in Infusionsoft?

    Hi,

    In the Infusionsoft integration configuration, make sure that in the field mapping process, the email field of the form is the one mapped into your Infusionsoft application email field.

     

    Better also if you can use only one "Email" field in the form to avoid confusion. You can rename the other email field to a different name.

     

    Please try the suggested modification. Inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks I did what you said but for example in the above first image when I select the Jotform field the email is not there to be selected?

    Hello Quli,

    Have you removed the Infusionsoft Integration from your from already?

    I did check all your form and found that none of them are integrated with Infusionsoft yet. DO you mean to say that the your form's email field does does not get listed for mapping to Infusionsoft fields?

    I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and then try to re-integrate and see if that solves your problem. I have also cleared your form cache from our server. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Hi,

    Did you try re-doing the infusionsoft integration after clearing your forms cache?  Perhaps giving the infusionsoft app a try for integration.  Here is a link:

    Yes deleted and follow your instructions, but the option to find email is not there!

    Any ideas of what I should do?

    I have the other form working the Wellness one connect with API but just can't go further as no email to connect? I cloned the form but no luck there.

    Also how do I transfer a filled form to Infusionsoft File Box?

    I am not sure if I have understood the complete issue as you haven't answered my earlier question. 

    When you say "just can't go further as no email to connect", do you mean to say that the JotForm field is not listed while integration field mapping? Please check the screenshot below:

    You do not see your "Best Email" field gets listed here when you try to do the mapping? I would suggest you to send us a screenshot of the "Infusionsoft Integration" and we will take a look.     Hello Quli,

    Are you trying to connect to Wellness one app? I did try to find out the app in Infusionsoft but for some reason it is not getting listed at all. Can you please send a link to Wellness one app so that we can try to replicate the issue here.

    You have a new form without any submission record. I would suggest you to delete the "Best Email" field from your from and add an email field from the "Quick Tools" section and see if that solves your problem. Please check the screenshot below:

    If the issue persists, do get back to us with the wellness app URL. If we are able to replicate the issue we will send this thread to our back end team.

    The wellness form is fine this one works!

     

    The one that is not working is the patient in take and did the above and no luck!

    I wanted to know which infusionsoft application you are trying to connect to? We would also like to test your form to find out why the email address field is not getting listed for field mapping.

    I am anyway reporting this to our back end team and they will also take a look.

    You are welcome to test away!

    I mean the thing is if you look at my account every other form connects and I am having no problem with the other forms: there is 1 form to Infusionsoft and 4 order forms connected to Infusionsoft.
