Do Submissions have to be sent to us via Email?

Each form submission is emailed to us. Is it possible to turn this off?

No it is not required to receive the submission email. To stop receiving the submission emails, you should delete the notification email alert you have added in your from. The following guide should help you :  http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

Deleting email alert from your form will ensure that you do not receive submission email for every submission you receive. If you would like to receive a summary of the submission you receive, you may like to take a look at our "Daily Digest" app. It is also possible to schedule the daily digest app to send email on daily, weekly or monthly basis.
