I have setup my form yesterday, which is working correctly. I am however, not receiving the submitted data from my users by e-mail. Here is the link to my form:
My e-mail address is correctly mentioned as firstname.lastname@example.org. If I login to the jotform website and check my mailbox, I can correctly see the submitted data sitting in the mailbox. Please let me know how to enable sending of these forms to my own e-mail address automatically.

I have inspected your form and I can see that it was properly setup and email was correct. I also did submit a sample form and it seems that there is something wrong with your domain.
If you are having problem receiving and email from Jotform I suggest that you follow this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses on how to whitelist Jotform's domain and IP and also you might want to contact your ISP to whitelist Jotform's IP.
Kindly let us know if after following the guidelines still doesn't allow you to receive any email from Jotform so we could check on our end.
