I have had 3 clients fill out their jotforms & their paypal payments going thru but I am not able to receive their jotforms via email or within my jotform account.
-I have checked the settings in the form & all is set correctly to send me a notification email to the correct email address.
-I have tested the forms thru the tester as well as submitted forms myself while disabling the pay option * it sent just fine
-I have checked my spam settings on my email- they are not rolling to spam or junk folders.
This is an incredibly important client workshop that is to happen within weeks & I need their registration info asap. Thank youPage URL:

I checked your forms and found that you are using PayPal, but you have not set up your IPN so this is the reason you are not getting these notifications since the PayPal Integration connection to JotForm relies on this to work properly even if you are not using it.
