Form notification issue

    I see that someone was running tests yesterday on one of our forms. That
    form has been working correctly, and we receive the notification emails.
    The form titled "Request A Quote" is the one with the problem.

    Hello Josh,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form's notification email alert but did not find any issue with that. You should be receiving the submission emails normally.

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

    I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?
