I'm am no longer using SSL forms. Other than SSL it's no where near the limits.

Thanks for asking. The way our quotas work, if any of the limits is reached, the account will be disabled for the remainder of the calendar month, at which time the allotments will be automatically reset. Perhaps this is one of the things we need to explain more clearly on our Pricing page. Thankfully, August ends in a few days time.
Incidentally, all of the submissions you would have received will be there when your account is re-enabled.
