Thanks for your message. I wanted to test it myself but unfortunately, the links you provided redirects me to a MS Outlook Web Access page. Is this an intranet page?
Kindly advise so that we can assist you further. Thank you for using JotForm!

This problem is now fully resolved.Yesterday we released a new major version for our deployment system. This will allow us to improve the speed in which we can develop new features and fix existing bugs. The new version runs the deploy ment processes and tests in parallel. So, we can do releases in half a minute as oppose to 5 minutes previously.
As a part of the new release there were changes on location of some of the CDN files. It turns out some CSS/JS files on SSL version had incorrect links. This is now fixed.
Thank you for your patience with us.

The problem still occurs on pc computers with internet explorer, but they work on firefox in pcs. Do I need to reset something? (These links are not intranet pages, they are web pages)

It seems to me that you are accessing the forms via an Outlook Web App installed in your organization's server. Click on the links below to see that the images are working perfectly fine.
If these direct links display properly on your end, it is possible that the web app blocks the images in the form. In that case, you'd have to contact your web administrator to have it fixed.

It is working for me on everything, but Internet Explorer on PC's - I copied the links straight from the form and have tried it on a couple computers - even our laptops that are not connected to the server.

Sorry if I spoke too soon. I was able to replicate your problem now. It has to do with the image not being served in a secure connection.
I tried replicating the problem with a new form but I failed.
Try re-uploading the image to your form then let us know if it helps or not.

It didn't help...

I got it working by editing and resizing the image in my computer then re-uploading it. Take a look this clone to see what I mean - https://www.jotform.com/form/12360536557
Please apply those changes to your image then let us know how it works from here on.

In addition to what my colleague has said, it may also help if you use http://www.jotform.com (or https://www.jotform.com, depending on what you're currently using) when logging in to your JotForm account to edit/create forms. Just a guess but hope it matters.
Thank you for using JotForm!

What resizing did you do? I tried it on my forms and it still couldn't view, but your link works for me.

I resized the image to 90% using MS Paint (in Windows). I am not familiar with Macs but if you have an image editing software, it is quite easy to do. Just load the image, resize, then save.
Hopefully that does the trick. Let us know if you have other things in mind. Thanks!
