Currently, the form name is "Clone of...." and I want to change that to something else, how do I do that?

Thanks for asking. To change the name of a form, load it into the form builder and click its name. It will become italicized and highlighted with a blue background, indicating that you can go ahead and enter the new name. When finished typing the name, click away from it and then save the form.
Hope this helps. If you need additional clarification on this or help with anything else related to your forms, please be sure to let us know.

I went to "my forms" and click on the name of the form, clicking away, the name doesn not become italicized and the background doesn't change. I'm on Safari on the mac

The form first needs to be loaded into the form builder by clicking the Edit button. Only after the form has been loaded into the form builder can you change its name (title) by clicking its title, as illustrated in the screenshot in my previous reply.
