Sometimes, approximately 25% of the time completely blank receipt forms are forms for ordering products and can not see what my client wants what a serious problem. What solution do I have?

Your form is in good standing when I tried it here. I am redirected to Paypal when I tested the form.
You might be referring to Incomplete Payments. Please read this article to understand more about it. https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-Submissions?
I also can't find submissions on your form submissions page with blank payment details so those are probably incomplete or pending payments. Kindly review.
While on your My Forms page, select a form then click Submissions button above.
