    embeded link on my godaddy website builder site

    Asked by idealautosalesofchico on July 09, 2014 at 04:48 PM

    So I have been having major trouble trying to get the embeded link to show up on my godaddy site idealautosalesofchico.com under the tab financing.

    I had someone from your helpdesk email me and said to use the iframe code and put it in and see if that works. Well I did and now I can see the form but as soon as I publish and go into the site as just a user i can only see the upper part of the form. Please help.

    Below is the direct link to the site and page i am trying to post it on

    http://www.idealautosalesofchico.com/financing.html

    and here is the code

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotform.us/form/41496767929172" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2913px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Hi,

    I checked your page and it appears you still have the javascript embed above the iframe embed:

    Your iframe embed code looks correct though.  Try removing the javascript embed.  Also it appears as if the main div is set to a height of 1280px.  As your form is in this container, there also might be some conflict as you set your iframe height to 2913px.  You may want to try adjusting this also.

    Please let us know if this does not help and we will be happy to look into your issue further.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

    Hi,

    The adjustments would be made in your sites code.  You would need to and change it in your HTML file in your Godaddy account.  Your iframe embed code looks fine and you shouldn't need to change that at all.  Just remove the  old javascript embed and adjust the div dimensions.  If this doesn't work let us know and we will be happy to take another look.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
