hover text sometimes showing and not

Using chrome latest version, the hover text sometimes shows and sometimes does not.

I did check your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. You have only added hover texts only on two fields and they do display it correctly in chrome. Please check the screenshot below:

It seems to be working as expected. I would suggest you to please test it again and get back to us if the issue persists.

Thank you, love the video, however sometimes it does it and sometimes not. It all depends I guess if the server is slow?

If the internet is slow and the page has not loaded completely there could be some issue but once the page is loaded fully, I do not think you should have any issue with your hover text. It does not get loaded from the server all the time, it is being displayed though JavaScript / css.
