Is there a way to get the image also in submission of the form ?

    Hi There,

    If I am using a banner  on the top of the form is there a possibilities to get that banner in the form submission.?

    Hi,

    Yes, the header or banner images can be seen also in the form's submissions page.

    Make sure that the option "Show Headers and Texts" is checked to show the banners/images that are in the form. Refer to the screenshot below were to find this
