I am currently using the free service. I would like to know what happens once and if I exceed the 100 entries per month to those entries that are in excess of my allowance.

When you get the 101th submission you will receive an email that says your account is scheduled to be disabled on the next business day noon EST. For example, if you are over limit on a Friday, your account will be disabled on Monday noon. If you do not want your forms to be interrupted you can upgrade your account during this time.

If you do not upgrade your account your forms will simply stop working. No submission will be accepted and users will receive an error message.

    Hi there,

Thank you for your message, Forms that are linked to JotForm accounts that have already exceeded the allowed number of submissions per month will display the following message instead of displaying the form :

The submission will not be successful and will not be reflected in your JotForm account.

I hope you find this information helpful. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!
