Were you trying to download the submission data on your tablet/device using the form builder?

The form builder itself does not support table and other mobile devices -- so, there could be issue downloading the submission using via the submissions page.

Please tell us also if there was any specific error message that prevent you form downloading the submission data.

What you can try also is create report using Excel or CSV so that you can download the report/submission data using the Report URL link.
