I tried to restore my original form (I was trying to add new products yesterday and erased an entire section by mistake) through "revision history" but the earliest version before the section was deleted shows an error page. s there any way to find even earlier history?
If not, how to I add a section to list products/classes with price, drop downs etc integrated with authorize.net?

Are you having issues with your form "Authorize Payment Form"?
I did try to check your form's "Revision History" but it just displays the changes you made to your form today. It does not show any revision history from yesterday.
I did check your form and it seems to be a old form and not create today. There seems to be some issue as it does not display the complete revision history.
I am reporting this to our back end team and they will take a look. We will get back to you once we have any update from them.
If you want to add a authorize.net payment question again to your form, you can do that from the "Payment Tools" tab. Please check the screenshot below:
