Having issues with the form

I understand how difficult and stressful this is. Rest assured, we’ll find a solution for it. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.  Please also provide the forms URL so we can check it.

I don not know how to take a screen shot what is happening we have to go to Inbox instead of just clicking on the jotform form to upload to their account this is a bit confusing when we try to delete forms we liked the clicking on the form not going to Inbox Thanks Diana

I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Are you having problems with the Upload field in your form? Can you explain a bit more about the issue with Inbox so I can get a better idea of what's happening? It would be helpful if you can also send a Loom video of the issue.
