I have a landing page that provides a link to register using paypal; is there a way to capture the lead even if they dont follow through?

Asked by TheINSGroup on July 10, 2014 at 12:14 PM

The landing page has the form that leads them directly to paypal to pay. However, should someone change their mind when they see this (say for example they decide they want more info first) Is there a way I can still get their information? Is there a way I can make a two part form? Thanks so much.

When someone is redirected to Paypal and refuse to pay, that particular submission will be captured as incomplete. You can see this incomplete submission into the form's Incomplete Payment Section: http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments

You can get the information in the incomplete payment section, but since the submission is incomplete, you cannot see it in the list of completed submissions.

When you say a two-part form, meaning, make the payment field optional? Allow form users to submit with just the information, no payment? Let us know!
