I am building a website in adobe muse, how do I get my forms to resize properly for the mobile version of my site? When I paste the iframe code the forms width is more than the iphone screen size.

Please try adding the Mobile Responsive Widget on your form, under "Widgets" type "mobile", then drag and drop it in your form:

Then do I just iframe it as normal?

Yes, you should be able to then frame it like normal.  The iFrame itself should resolve formatting issues however.  If you are still having this issue after using the widget, let us know and we will be happy to look at your iframe code to make sure everything is setup properly.
Thank you for using Jotform!

When I ran the widget it just cut the form in half without resizing it if that makes sense.
Here is the iframe code without the mobile response widget;
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/41876706437161" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2127px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Could you please share with us the URL of the page where the form is embedded? Please try the following:
Embed the iFrame code, except everything between the <script> tags, so only embed what it is in the <iframe> tag, example:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.co/form/41900008337862" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2350px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
