    I am unsure exactly what you are having an issue with.  If you could please let us know a bit more information we will be happy to look into it.  Anything from which form you are having a problem with, if and where it is embedded,  browser being used, anything like that.  Let us know and we will be glad to help.

    HI I AM HAVING AND HAVE BEEN HAVING MAJOR ISSUES .. TRYING TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO UPLOAD THERE PHOTOS TO ME VIA JOTFORM EMBEDED IN MY WEBSITE AND IT TAKES AGES FOR THE IMAGES TO UPLOAD. SPOKEN TO MY WEBSITE HOST AND MYSHOPIFY BOTH CONFIRM THAT IT IS JOTFPORM WITH THE ISSUE . I HAVE BEEN LOOSING MONEY FOR MONTHS AND JOT FORM IS SO UNRELIABLE AND INCONSISTANT

    IF YOU GO TO WW.TREASUREONTHEWALL.COM/UPLOAD AND HAVE A TRY .. UPLOAD 20 PHOTOS AT ABOUT 3MB EACH AND IT TAKES AGES .  SOME SAY FAILED AND THEN IT FREEZES

    I HAVE BEEN LOOSING CUSTOMERS EVERY DAY WITH THIS IT SO ANOYING AND CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING  AND ITS MAKING MY COMPANY LOOK VERY BAD.

    Hi,

    I am very sorry you are experiencing this issue.  We are not currently having any server issues on our end.  If you could provide us with a link to your website that our form is embedded to, we will take a look.  I cloned your most recent form and tried uploading many files, all of which upload fairly quickly and without error:

    Granted my images were smaller.  When uploading that many files totaling around 60mb, your users may be having issues with their internet timing out.  The link you provided did not take me to any forms however the form on page http://www.treasureonthewall.com/pages/upload did work fine.  These files took less than 3 seconds to upload:

    As I stated, there does not appear to be an issue on our end.  Please let us know if this issue persists and we will be happy to look into it further.

    just tried it agin  when it tries to upload it will only upload 3 files at a time is there a way of uploading all at once its a bit faster but still low . 4mb takes about 1 min  it uploads only 3 at once and i need 50 photos uploading it will take too long or am i better to find a faster form upload provider

    Hi,

    You should be able to upload many files at once.  Each of the screenshots was just one click of the of the upload button, then selecting all the files at once.  400kb a minute is very slow, as I am in the US I may be connecting to a different server.  I have submitted a bug ticket to see our tech's in other areas are having trouble with slow uploads.  Very sorry again about the inconvenience.

    i select multiple files to upload which the circular timer indicator rotates but the percentage of file and the actual uploading it will only show 3 at a time..

    Hi,

    It does only upload 3 at a time, once it is finished with one, it should start another if you have added more than 3.  As I stated previously, I have submitted a bug ticket to see if someone from another part of the world can check uploads, as I am unable to replicate your issue.  Thank you for your patience and we will hopefully have a response for you soon.

    hopefully i have lost a lot of money and even upgraded my account with jotform as i thought that might solve the problem ..

    I'm suspecting that JotForm was experiencing some high traffic at the time you were uploading files.  Does this still happen today?

    This has also some relation to a user's ISP.  Have you also checked your internet connection's upload speed at the time you've made some file uploads? You can check your internet connection's upload/download speed at http://www.speedtest.net/
