How to find the QR Code for my form?

I have a form, and others in my company are using a QR code to take people to the link/page with the form. I can't find where I get that. Can you direct me please.

Hello Debbie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can get the QR Code to share your form to your colleagues by clicking the Publish tab, then select Quick Share and click Share Options:

Select the DOWNLOAD QR CODE button:

And you can finally either download your QR Code or copy the code:

Here's the QR Code for the above form. Please see if it works for you by opening your phone's camera and pointing it to your computer screen.
