Fill in the Blank Signature element box is not immediately visible

    In both Firefox and Safari when using the Fill in the Blank element, when a user clicks on 'Signature' the signature box is not easily/immediately visible. The user has to scroll to look for it, and I am concerned users will think it is not working.

    This does not seem to happen when using the Signature element, but we need to use the Fill in the Blank element, as other user information is needed. Please advise.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to replicate it on the Chrome browser as well however it's the default behavior. I recommend you to use the regular signature field from the form elements section.


    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
