Record only can be viewed after i remove and reconnect to again to google spreadsheet. I tried so many time.

That's how the integration should suppose to work. If you don't see the updated data, can you please check your drive folders for a possible duplicate sheets? Check if there's any. I have tried it here but cannot replicate the issue. I'll try it again into the clone version of your form.
