Hello sklip,
You can achieve your requirements by using autoresponder. If your form includes an email field you can send email to given address after user submits form.
Here is the related user guide,
If you have any other questions please let us know.

Hi Tarek,
I think what you would like to do is to have the Email Field entries as the Sender Email of your form notification email? Am I right? If yes, just please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-Email-Field-as-the-Notification-Sender-Email-Address-with-Mandrill.
If not, can you please explain further?
Thanks

I have created a form for case notes, originally it was used by one customer so the emailed response went to the email that was set uo, but now I have 2 customers that want to use it and have others coming on board. So I want a field on the form that is completed by the person completing the form with the email address they want it to go to, rather it being set up

Hi Steve,
I'm sorry, I didn't think that Tarek is not you. Anyways, the answer was intended for your question. How about this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/128-How-to-Create-a-Custom-Send-a-Friend-Form.
Or, you can also add multiple email recipients to the form notification settings. Please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
Thanks
