    Dear macssam,

Yes. If you are using iFrame code to embed the form on your website, you must update the form code on your site every time you change your form. This is because the height of the form needs to be hard-coded. If the form size changes, the iFrame height will need to be updated.

Please take a look at the following article for more information on embedding forms :

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hello macssam,

If you are talking about making changes to your form fields then no you do not have to grab your form's iFrame embed code. Since iFrame code uses form's URL, all changes made to your form will automatically be reflected in your web page where you embed your form.

If you add to many fields or alter your iFrame's height then you may have to manually change the height of your iFrame but embedding your form again won't be required.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
