Send the form directly to the chosen stylist's email address

Hello,
Do you know what happens when someone fills out a jot form on wix? Where does the form go? If one of the questions is to pick a certain stylist, is there a way to have it email them the form, to somehow send it directly to that stylists email if they’ve been chosen?

You can add a condition to send a notification email to the chosen stylist in case he/she is the one chosen by the user on the form.

1.) Create a separate notification email first that will be sent to the stylist. This notification email could include all the form data from the user's submission. You can also customize the notification's email content if you want to add certain details.

2.) You can then add a condition to send the notification email to the chosen stylist's email address. It would look something like this.

So for each stylists you have set as options in the form field, you can set their own email address as the recipient in the conditions you'll create.
