I wanted to get more information about how DocuSign works within JotForm. It says there is a "widget" which I assume is a pre-built API integration with DocuSign. If a person already has a JotForm subscription, do they need a DocuSign account also? What kind of DocuSign account?
If someone could reach out to me directly via phone, I would greatly appreciate it!

I think it is explained on this widget page http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign.
It's basically a Docusign widget that allows you to integrate Docusign and Jotform.
Your users do not need a docusign account in order to use this feature. We do not currently offer phone based support at this time but feel free to let us know via the forms if you have any other questions.
Thank you for using Jotform!

Hey, your first URL is failing to load the DS widget, it says "Application not found".
Have you discontinued support for this?

The application was recently updated and the name was changed it is now known as adobe DC E sign

Apologies I reported on the adobe E-sign widget which carries out a similar function, it seems the Docusign widget was discontinued, however you can still integrate to it using Zapier services and jotform

The DocuSign widget has been fixed and republished
Please give it a try, and let us know.
