Embed forms on my websiteAsked by Matthew Jenkins on July 12, 2014 at 09:10 AM
I am fitness facility that sells gym memberships. With each membership that is often done over the phone I need the new member to fill out an Orientation form with their contact information and sign a release form. What is the best way to do this?
Thank you for contacting us.
The very first suggestion I can give you at the moment is to create your JotForm account first (which I think you haven't yet).
Use this link to create an account for FREE using your current email account.
By registering for an account, you will be oriented about JotForm via your email and, actually some part of the briefing, will answer your question already.
I also suggest next to read the Getting Started guide here.
If you want to know immediately how to embed your newly created form to your website, then go directly to this user guide -Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page
Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.
