I currently have a workflow where the HOD's email address is required for approval.
I find now that the person submitting the form fill in their details for approval and approve the submersion.
How can i prevent this from happening.

Hello MyUWC,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your approval flow and I can see that you set the "HOD Approval" field as the recipient of the Approval email. If the submitter enters their email address on this field, they will receive the Approval email and will be able to approve the submission.
What I would suggest to prevent the submitters to enter their own email address on this field is:
1. Add a dropdown field with the list of the Approver's names and then assign a calculation value with the approver's email address.
Note: If you'd want the email addresses to be listed as the options of the dropdown field, you do not need to assign a calculation value.
2. And then add an Update/Calculate Field condition to pass the value selected from the dropdown field to the HOD Approval field.
