I am contacting your company (once again) because you have disabled my forms. I was under the impression that quotas were reset at the start of every new month. For my specific account, the numbers were not reset, and this resulted in disabling the forms. I reached out to someone via ticket, and never received a response. Can some please explain this?

With regards to the account limits, I checked it and you are too far away on reaching your limits. Your current submissions count is: 24 for regular submissions and 2 for Payment submissions. Upload Storage is currently at 55.08MB of 100MB.
Are you referring to other account? If yes, what is the username?
