    Hi,

    For some reason I can't seem to get my form to work. I'm sure it's activated and not manually disabled. Is there anything wrong with my form/account?

    Hello Quds,

    Generally forms get disabled when limits are reached as per the subscription plan. The subscription plans and limits are explained in the pricing page

    Please verify if you have reached the limits in your account by clicking on the user icon after logging into your JotForm account.

    Your form should be active by now. Kindly recheck.

    Your account was auto-suspended by our phishing filter due to a possible phishing form found on your account. However, upon manually reviewing it here, I found no violations with your form so I have remove the suspension imposed on your account and added your form to the white list. You can now login.
