About Sub Account - make it my own account

Hello My Account Is Sub Account. So I Want To Delete All Things Which In My Sub Account Has And What To Make It Own Account. How Can I Do This ?

If you own the master account, you can simply delete the sub-account on your account settings page under users. Please refer to this article to view the existing sub-accounts. How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User. This should then turn your sub-account into a dependent account.

However if you don't own the master account, you can contact the account owner and request your account to be removed on the sub-account list.

Its Not A Master Account And I'm Failing To Contact With Him. I Did Not See JOTFORM Before But Now As I'm Seeing Its So Helpfull. So I Want Be A Master Account Holder From My Email Address jrahman10@gmail.com.

But As He Created Me Sub Account Holder I Can't Do Anything Even I'm Failing To Delete The Sub-Account. So Please Delete The Sub Account And Kindly Help Me To Open A Free Master Account ......

Hi Jubayer,

Unfortunately, we cannot simply remove your account to the Master's Account - Sub Account User lists. You have to contact him/her to remove you from the list so that you can have the current account as a regular one.

If you do not have a contact with the master account owner, I would advise to just create an account using a different email address so you can start creating your own forms.
