By default, each form submissions should already give you notification via your account email, because every time you create a form there is already an included Form Notification Email on them.
It is possible thought that you were not receiving the email notification because of the Paypal payment you have added on your form http://www.jotform.us/form/41892134960155
By default, if the required payment option in your form is not fulfilled or if the payment transaction was not successful, the form submission will not trigger email notification but you will be able to see that incomplete payment submission in your form's submission page.

You can also still received email notification from incomplete payments submission by setting to "YES" the Pending Payments Email in the paypal tool property.
