I've read through copious amounts of these questions online, so, please understand that I have tried everything to get access to these files.

I have completed the test submission with both PDF and DOC file extensions. Files can be opened on my computer before sending.
I have included the Multiple Upload feature to ensure it's being uploaded. I've waited 20 mins to ensure it syncs with your system.
Please don't come back advising it's a corrupt file and to resubmit it, I can use these files with other forms on another website that I built, and it works fine, though the form is a manually built form, not a jot form.

I was able to reproduced the upload file problem when I test submitted your form http://www.jotform.co/form/41927993959882
It seems that there is network related issue on our end that is causing this.
I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support so that it can be check immediately.
We will notify you on status update as soon as we can.

I also just tested the uploads and it worked fine. Sometimes we might have a larger queue of waiting uploads and it will take some time for an upload to be live. I have assigned someone to look into your uploads.

I don't have a record of you testing our form out. But the links that were uploaded previously still don't work.
Shouldn't it just be an instantaneous upload? They are only small files. It is there another option?

A server we recently added is causing the problem. That's why I didn't catch it in my test. We are looking into the problem now and we will let you know when the issue is fixed.

We apologize for this delayed update, myellow.
We have managed to fix the problem 7 hours ago so the next time you receive submissions, your files should be able to work fine. Unfortunately, I've tried to check your past file submissions, and it is no longer available. What I can only suggest is please contact the person who submitted the file and ask for him to send the file again.
