    Access denied - Unable to download uploaded filse

    I got the following message when downloading doc/pdf from my forms (those submitted on 12/7/2014)

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
    <Message>Access Denied</Message>
    How can I retrieve those pdf/ doc?

    Thanks for reporting.

    There are instances that files may take while before it will be available for download. This is most probably due to a temporary delay on the file transfer between the servers.

    Anyway, we are already aware of this problem and I have escalated your report to our developers so they can check and assist you further with this.

    We apologize for this inconvenience, osn_uk.

    We had some glitch that we found out yesterday.  Fortunately, we've managed to fix it 7 hours ago.  The next file submissions you receive should be able to work fine.  For the submissions you have received on July 12, unfortunately you will have to ask the people who sent you the files to send it again.
