Why are my images blocked in email notification and autoresponder?

    I have done extensive testing with my forms and they worked ok. But now both the notification and autoresponer is showing blocked content (image blocked) and they start to show up in the spam folder at times. I need your help urgently.

    Can you tell us exactly when this started happening? Are there any differences between emails that has this problem and the previous emails that did not have this problem? 

    What is the date & time of the first submission email that had this problem? What is the date & time of the last submission email that did not have this problem? It will help us tremendously in investigating the reason.

     a further follow up to your question. This morning at 8 45am I tried it again and my logo image appear with the notification email and the autoresponder mail. But at 9:15 am today the auto responder mail stop showing the image logo (Yahoo) and the auto responder appears in  gmail account in the promotional folder and not the inbox with no logo image.

    Your Yahoo Email Address is probably configured not to load images by default. You can change your settings by following this guide: https://ph.help.yahoo.com/kb/block-images-displaying-emails-sln5043.html. I would suggest choosing "Only from my contacts and certified senders." then make sure to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.

    With regards to the Autoresponder that appears into your Promotional tab, I think that's how Gmail works for emails that contains inline images. I have tested it here for multiple times and that appears to be the reason. Without the inline image, the email would appear in the primary tab.
