my assigneds lost their submissions

    hi,


    Im working in a project, i've a work team and i assigned diferents forms to them.

    Today we were filling forms in offline mode, when we were going to synchronize, the anwsers got lost for no reasons, it happened no to all asignees, only a part of them.


    PLEASE HELP

    Hi Marcia,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Kindly try restarting your tablets and then individually connect them again to the internet one at a time. The offline submissions should automatically sync to our servers.

    In case there are still missing submissions, kindly try viewing the submissions from each of the tablets and compare them to your tables https://www.jotform.com/tables/220376183906660. This way, we can determine if one of the tablets is problematic or if the issue lies with the sync.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi.

    I tried all you suggested me, I didn’t work.
    I need your urgently help in this.

    the submits isn’t anywhere.

    Need to mention, when we synchronized with slow wifi, it happens, but if we Connect to a stable red, the answers were send to my inbox correctly.

    my question is, where are the submits that my team send? I apreciate your help with this.

    mu work depends of this results

    Kindly check on the View Submissions tab on your tablet, the submission entries should be found there with an indication if it was not synced.

    Try to restart your phone and run the Jotform app again. Please also make sure that it is up to date.

    Hi again.


    I made all alternatives you gave me, however it didn´t work. I'll show you what is happening when i try to make a new submition

    Here you can see, it's a submition no send (yet) becouse the ipad wasn´t conected to wifi.

    When I conect the ipad to wifi, the submition is lost, is like it hasnt ever exist, i apreceate your time and your suport

    Hello marciachavarriagar,

    Thanks for your response. Please note that you will lose your submission if you sign out of your account without first synchronizing it. Because your data is offline and did not sync with our server, we are unable to recover this lost contribution. As a result, our server receives no copies of your input. Before logging out of your account, it's highly recommended that you sync your submission data first.

    Unfortunately, because we have no control over the data saved in your mobile app, we are unable to retrieve any data from it if the contributions are not synchronized.

    Please double-check whether any of your team members have signed out of your JotForm by accident. We look forward to assisting you further.
