Mapping fields in Monday.com

If I’ve setup a form in a free account, with integration mappings for Monday, is there a way I can transfer that to someone else’s account for them to trial or would we need to build it from scratch in their own account?

    Hello Ryan,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you looking to transfer the form along with the Monday.com integration?

However, I checked your form and it is not integrated with Monday.com. Can you explain a bit more about your feedback so I can get a better idea of what you are trying to achieve?

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Disregard my last question, I found this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-how-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account/

One more question regarding integration mapping... Jot form has a popup which says that the file upload is supported as a target:

However when selecting Fields to map with monday.com within the integration, 'Files' column type within the monday board does not appear. I've tried using the 'link' type column also, however jotform does not allow mapping this to its file upload field type. Do you know if this is possible?  Folio would like to have an option for their customers to upload an attachment in their Jotform form, which is then added to the files column within their monday.com board..

    Hello Ryan Verba,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. To clarify, are you perhaps referring to file upload to be mapped in monday.com? However, when checking your form, there seems to be no file upload field.

Unfortunately, I am unable to view the uploaded screenshots you have provided. Kindly check out the guide here.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
