I have been using emailmeform for 2 years and never had any problem. I was looking for another form provider who includes unlimited rules for free. I found you and I was glad because you also provide more personalization features.
I wanted to come to you and leave emailmeform but now I'm not so sure because after I worked for several hours to build a form I lost the last 8 (eight) fields. They simply disappeared while I was doing the final email settings and thank you message. The weird thing is these fields also disappeared from the test submission! But I still got the email proof.
These fields are not very hard to redo but if I experienced this annoying error in the day 1, what should I expect in the following years?
Can you please recover my full form according to the test submission message I can provide to an email address?

The only possible reason I can think of how 8 fields in your form have disappeared is by opening multiple instance of the form builder.
There must be 2 opened form builder in your browser.
Since the form builder will auto save from time to time, it must have saved the version when you haven't added the 8 fields yet, while you were working on the form on another open browser.
Otherwise, there can be really no reason why fields in the form will suddenly disappear.
In any case, there still is a way to revert to a saved version of the form where the 8 fields where still there.
Use the Form Revisions History feature of the form.
