Hi,
I've added the {name:first} tag and the {companyName} tag to the auto-respond email, it worked before, but recently I got reported from the client that the first name and company name doesn't appear on the auto-respond email (see image below). Can you please check? -

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I assume that you're referring to International Membership 2022 Form. Please edit the relevant Autoresponder email and use the name and company name fields by clicking the + Form Fields button, as shown in the screencast below:
Test submission data resulted:
For extra measure, we have cleared the form caches. If the issue still persists, we suggest deleting the existing Autoresponder email and creating a new one, this usually fixed the glitch on Email alerts.

I've add the tags, and sent a test email to my client and they received this email.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Similar to my colleague, I was unable to recreate the issue from my end. As such, could you kindly try to submit a test submission from your end too? As your form is a live payment, we are unable to submit test submissions directly on your form. Or, kindly consider temporarily switching to Sandbox Mode in your Payment Integration for us to test it.
Let us know how the test submission goes.
