Spreadsheet version of the submissions...

Is it possible to have the spreadsheet version of the submissions sent to my email either daily or upon receiving a new or updated (via edit link) submission. (instead for the normal email that contains the data in the body of the email)

If not is it possible for me to automate the download of the spreadsheet version of the submissions for your site i.e via ftp or something like that. I need to post process the spreadsheet submission data through my database.

Finally can the spreadsheet submissions (upon receiving a new or updated (via edit link) submission.) be automatically sent to my dropbox (like the pdf versions)

#1. Unfortunately it is not possible to send submission excel in the email alert.

#2. We do not have such feature where the spreadsheet can be automatically downloaded. Please be noted that you can simply export your submissions in SQL format which can be imported in your own database. Please click on the following URL which will give you the list of apps which will give you the SQL output of submission data:  http://apps.jotform.com/search/export

#3. You may like to take a look at our "Reports To Cloud" app which will send the submission excel to your dropbox account. Please take a look at the following URL:  http://apps.jotform.com/app/reports_to_cloud
