Dear JotForm Support,
I try many times to browse the JotForm key via my encrypted form, but the page was unresponsive. Moreover, after waiting (click wait) for the page to respond, the page refreshed and asked me to input the key again. I tried around 5 times, including restarting my computer. What should I do next?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Have u tried testing it on a different device or browser? Other than than, does the issue affects all of your forms? If not, please provide us the form link so we could check. You may also test by clearing your browser's cache.
Give it a try and let us know how t goes.
