Billed twice for my subscription.

    I have noticed that you have charged me twice for my membership of $19.95


    April twice and June Twice.


    Why is this and can you please correct it and credit my account if this was an error.

    Hello Kelly,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    It seems that you tried to update your credit card details in April. It was caused by a technical glitch where updating the credit card details charges you for a new subscription plan.

    I have cancelled your Plimus subscription and you will not be billed again on your old subscription. I have also processed the refund for order numbers #80346882, #79897566 and #79613412.

    Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
